Rene Marie Russo was an American actor, filmmaker, and supermodel. Alongside her stunning appearance, her steady success in the highly competitive world of film can be attributed to her talents as an actor. The model began her modeling career during the 1970s. In the next few years, she was one of the best models. At the beginning of 1990, she began studying acting and theatre. In the following years, she moved to Los Angeles and California she began to make her stage debuts. Russo debuted on screen on ABCs Sable drama series in 1987, playing Eden Kendell. In her first feature film Major League two years after, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. Critics were initially skeptical of her acting skills However, her consistently good performances won them over. In Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak she was especially praised by critics due to how well she held up to Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman and others. According to her own words she wasn't a fan of the role. In 2005, she went on a break that was her own decision. She then made a comeback by playing a character in the superhero flick Thor. Rose Namajunas ranks among the top UFC female fighters. She began her career in amateur fighting, competing in various regional promotions before signing to Invicta Fighting Championships and later becoming a member of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). After joining UFC in 2011, UFC in 2011 she was famous thanks to the popularity she had achieved inside and outside of an octagon. Namajunas was born on June 29, 1992 at Milwaukee Wisconsin.
