Kim Victoria Cattrall, born on the 21st of August, 1956 in London, is the daughter of a British and Canadian actress from Canada and the UK. Her most well-known role was as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for Best Female Supporting Actor. Between 2008 and 2010, she reprised the character in the films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her other notable roles include her role as the lead in the films of the 1980s Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall will be remembered for her portrayal of Samantha Jones in the HBO sitcom Sex & the City. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She is most well-known for her performance in the drama comedy film La Dolce Vita. It was a huge critical and commercial success and won an award of the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. The beginning of her acting career came with her becoming a fashion designer at Skane. She was later crowned in the Miss Sweden contest. After moving in the US she began acting in various films, playing small characters. Her first credit role was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was the role of a Venusian guard. Then, shortly after, her role on the screen in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising debutante.
